T. Scott Wegman
President

Scott has been a leader all his life. As the oldest Wegman sibling, he is a 1990 graduate from the DAAP program at the University of Cincinnati and shortly after hestarted his journey in the family business,initially as anestimator in the construction division. Scott continues to lead our company strategically and successfully into our next chapter.
It is his goal and the Mission of Wegman Company to be a respected Industry leader among peers focused on employee and customer satisfaction with installation and warehousing services to Real Estate and Property management companies, Corporate End-users and Dealerships from across the country doing business in the Midwest region.

Jerry Theobald
Director of Operations

Jerry started his ambitious career at Wegman in 1987 as an installer where he quickly worked his way up to supervisor on some of Wegman’s larger and more complex installs. These experiences allowed Jerry to learn the business from the ground up. In 1997 another opportunity with one of our largest clients took Jerry from the field into the office environment working collaboratively with their Real Estate team to coordinate furniture installations and personnel relocations. Always looking for the next challenge, Jerry joined the senior leadership team in 2001. In 2012, Jerry was named Director of Operations where he continues his journey towards self-growth while sharing his knowledge and experience with his fellow employees and clients.

Jake Lammers

Jake has had the pleasure of working in the furniture industry with commercial relocations since June 2006,all while supporting his college funding until he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Fortunately for Wegman, Jake uses his teaching and organizational skills to lead our crews through their daily work schedules as our Operations Manager. In this role, Jakeis able to implement new ideas and procedures, which allows for better customer service/satisfaction, efficiencies, and improved employee placements in the field. Since joining our team, Jake has expanded his responsibilities to include managing both the field and warehouse personnel with the great aid of Project Coordinators, Chad Cole and Dave Kreutzer, Field Coordinator, Ben Reid, and Warehouse Supervisor, Tim Smith and Field Supervisors: Kurt Cosmik, Dave Race, Jim Kensill and John Kensill.

Chad Cole
Senior Project Manager

Chad has 25 years of experience in the office furniture industry. He started in warehousing and inventory management, and transitioned to field installations and on-site logistics. Through his hard work and knowledge, he moved into management with his family-owned furniture installation company like Wegman. In his 17 years of management experience, he has completed a wide variety of installations ranging in both size and manufacturers across the country for many fortune 500 companies. He has extensive knowledge in a vast varietymanufacturers of office furniture high density mobile filling systems. He has completed projects in all facets of workplace environments, from healthcare and high-end offices to manufacturing facilities of all types. Chad also holds certifications in several manufacturers and safety programs including OSHA and DOT. Chad loves sports and cold beer and working at Wegman!

Dave Kreutzer

Proud new Dad, Dave, started at Wegmanas a Field Tech in 2013,workinghis way up to his new position as Project Coordinator.Dave is a true Westsider, born and raised, where he currently lives with his beautiful fiancé, Melanie, and son, Rhett. With a two-month-old baby at home it is hard to have any hobbies. Some of you may understand that all too well but, when Dave does have some free time he enjoys the less than athletic sports such as bowling, darts and frisbee golf and music festivals or concerts.

Ben Reid
Field Coordinator

Ben started out at Wegman Company as an IT intern in 2011, little did he imagine that this would take him to the role of Field Coordinator extraordinaire!
Ben masterfully works his magic with the Operations and Sales Teams by coordinating the men in the field to the jobs on the scheduling board. Ben’s calming demeanor and understanding of the critical nature of deadlinesmakes him a pleasure to work with all while he continues to improve the customer experience that Wegman prides itself. Naturally, Ben loves all magic, is a Pokémon Go guru with his sons and enjoys a cold beer during his downtime with his new bride, Michelle.
Our Field Supervisors Team

Kurt Cosmik
Kurt has been with the Wegman Company since 1986. Kurt’s 30 years of service, multiple certificationsand vast experience in this industry makes him uniquely qualified to lead our most complex projects with a keen eye on Customer Satisfaction. Kurt learned the business from the best, our founder, Joe Wegman. This tutelage from the beginning gave him the ability to understand all facets required of his team. Kurt continually looks for ways to improve the process and customer experience while sharing his knowledge with other employees. The Wegman team appreciates Kurt’s ability to satisfy the customer – always leaving them with a quality installation and great experience.

Dave Race
Dave originally started at Wegman in 1990 working his way up to his supervisor role by 1997. Taking a short sabbatical from Wegman and learning one of life’s finer lessons in that the grass is not always greener, Dave rejoined our team in 2011 and quickly regained his leadership role. Dave focuses on working with both the customers and his crew to perform the highest quality of work while completing the project on time – everytime.

Jim Kensill
Jim is one of our most adventurous supervisor who has nearly 20 years’ experience in the furniture industry. One distinct advantage Jim has in working with some of our largest clients is the relationships and respect he develops. This has allowed him permission to then free fall from some of the buildings he just did installations in! Jim feels his greatest accomplishments come at the end of a job when he can look back and appreciate all the hard work and team effort that was put into a project well done. Jim’s low stress work attitude allows him the opportunity to lead people and further their careers in our industry.

John Kensill
Of course, we encourage family to work together with us! John is a self-motivated team player who loves a good challenge! He takes great pride in his workmanship and strives to make every customer experience a remarkable one. John enjoys working with his crews in providing solutions to many of the unforeseen circumstances that arise on big projects with multiple layers of complexity. His goal is to be the partner that allows our clients to look good and be very pleased with their excellent customer service.
Our Warehouse Supervisor

Tim Smith
Tim leads the warehouse team at Wegman in a variety of fronts. In addition to daily shipping and receiving functions, he also leads the assets management teams as well as shop work functions. Currently, Tim is leading a crew to consolidate all of our buildings into our new, state of the art facility. Tim comes to Wegman with almost 30 years’ worth of operations and warehouse experience. In his spare time, Tim loves to play golf and spend time watching his kids play a wide variety of sports.
