Our goal is to stay flexible, communicate changes quickly, and keep your project moving forward.

Yes. Furniture and other project materials can be shipped directly to Wegman Company’s 145,000-square-foot Cincinnati warehouse for receiving, storage, product assembly, and coordination prior to installation. Our secure, temperature-controlled facility includes 14 loading bays, and inventory is tracked as it moves through our warehouse. This allows us to coordinate receiving, storage, staging, delivery, and installation as part of your overall project plan.

Wegman’s ON-Point Project Management process is designed to give you visibility into your project even when you can’t be onsite. Our dedicated project management team uses PlanGrid project management software and provides daily status reports with photos, project updates, and timelines to completion. This helps your team stay informed, identify issues quickly, and manage the project confidently from wherever you are.

Our experience spans a wide range of project types and working environments, each with different scheduling, coordination, access, phasing, and installation requirements. Yes. Upon request, we can inspect incoming furniture for visible freight damage when it arrives at our warehouse. This can help identify potential product issues before installation and give your team an opportunity to address them before the furniture reaches the jobsite.

Yes. Wegman Company installs a wide range of architectural wall systems, including modular, demountable, operable, glass, and prefabricated systems. Our team has more than a decade of architectural wall installation experience, over 25,000 linear feet installed, and certifications for more than 20 wall systems.

Yes. Wegman Company provides commercial casework installation as part of our furniture installation services. Our experienced installation teams work with casework alongside furniture and other workspace components, giving dealers an installation partner that can support multiple elements of a project.

Yes. Wegman Company has significant experience working in government and military environments. We understand the access, badging, security, scheduling, and coordination requirements that can come with working in these facilities, and our teams are experienced in operating within those requirements.

Yes. Wegman Company provides asset management services through SnapTracker, giving customers direct access to their furniture inventory through an online platform. Customers can view and manage inventory information, track furniture assets, and access information about the products they have in storage. This gives customers greater visibility into their existing furniture assets and helps them identify opportunities to reuse furniture for future projects.

Yes. Sustainability is integrated into Wegman Company’s operations and project services. We focus on reducing waste through furniture and product reuse, steel and cardboard recycling, pallet reuse and recycling, and responsible e-waste management. We also work with local nonprofit organizations to give decommissioned furniture a second life rather than sending usable products to landfills. In 2025 alone, Wegman recycled 734,600 pounds of steel and diverted 367 tons of material from landfills.
