What's it like to be a Wegman Team Member?

New Team Members start with a clear orientation plan that introduces you to our safety practices, company values, and workflow. From there, we offer a comprehensive training program that includes training videos for the products we install, our hands-on training room, on-site shadowing and on-the-job training.  We're always available to answer questions and explain things in more detail to ensure you're ready.

Wegman is a family-owned Cincinnati business that values hard work and great service. We recognize and celebrate great work on a regular basis and have quarterly picnics/parties to come together.  Our focus areas as an organization are safety, community involvement, sustainability and continuous best practices.  

Wegman Company offers a variety of paths based on your interests and experience — from warehouse and logistics roles to installation, project supervision, and operations. Many of our current leaders started in entry-level positions and grew through hands-on experience and internal promotions.

Our schedules are built around our customers’ needs, with most team members working full-time, weekday shifts. Occasionally, special projects may require adjusted hours — but we plan ahead and communicate clearly so our team can balance work and life.
