A FOCUS ON SAFETY

EVERY TEAM MEMBER | EVERY JOB | EVERY DAY

Because the Best Work Happens When People Feel Safe

We believe every team member deserves a safe place to work — and every customer deserves the confidence that comes with it. Through certification, training, and strict jobsite standards, we make safety a shared responsibility that shows in every project we complete.

Safety is How We Work

Safety is built into every task, every site, and every decision. It’s a shared responsibility that guides how work gets done each day

Putting Safety Into Practice

OSHA Certification

OSHA-certified teams ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With OSHA 10–trained installation technicians and OSHA 30–certified supervisors on every job, customers gain the confidence that work is performed with the highest level of professionalism and safety awareness.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Proper PPE is standard on every Wegman jobsite. Team members wear hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, gloves, and other gear required by OSHA, the general contractor, and site-specific policies. Consistent use of protective equipment ensures a safe environment for everyone on-site and reflects the professionalism clients expect from every Wegman installation.

Jobsite Safety Compliance

Safety compliance starts long before work begins. Each project follows the safety standards set by OSHA, the general contractor, and the client, along with Wegman’s own internal requirements. Crews complete pre-job safety orientations, follow all site-specific PPE and reporting protocols, and document compliance throughout the installation — ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and without interruption.

Product Training

At Wegman Company, training starts in our dedicated learning facility, where team members work hands-on with sample workstations, architectural walls, casework and more. We also use video-based learning and transition to guided field work to ensure every installer is fully prepared.

Continuous Safety Training

A culture of continuous training keeps every project safe, and every team member engaged. Weekly Toolbox Safety Talks, in-office training sessions, active management oversight, and safety performance incentives all reinforce Wegman’s commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards on and off the job.

Equipment & Product Certifications

We invest in our team through ongoing equipment and product certification training, including forklift and DOT driving credentials that ensure safety and compliance on every job. As new systems and technologies emerge, our installers stay ahead through continuous learning and hands-on certification programs.
