Responsibilities

• Define project scope, project labor requirements, sequencing needs, and communication plans
• Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage costs, financial performance, billing readiness, and project profitability
• Ensure required customer purchase orders are obtained and aligned with approved scope, contract value,
• Escalate margin recovery plans to the Director of Operations when financial risk exceeds defined
• Identify and manage scope changes, change orders, risk exposure, and PO/billing impacts
• Work with the Operations Resource Analyst to secure labor, equipment, and vehicle resources
• Ensure strong job documentation, reporting, punch list management, invoicing support, and closeout
• Review subcontractor costs and job-related invoices associated with assigned work
