Right now, we're hiring dedicated, motivated and talented **Field Technicians** and **Field Supervisors** who want to elevate their career path! ## Key Objectives Customer Satisfaction Ensure every client receives professional, courteous, and timely service Project Execution Contribute to efficient, accurate installations and safe transport of goods Safety Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment Teamwork & Initiative Support crew members and take proactive steps to solve problems and improve processes ### Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction & Communication - Represent Wegman Company on-site with professionalism and a customer-first attitude - Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients to clarify expectations and timelines - Notify appropriate team members promptly of any challenges or changes that could impact the project Project Execution & Transportation - Safely operate company vehicles, following all DOT, state, and federal regulations - Load, secure, transport, and unload furniture, equipment, and materials to and from job sites - Assemble, install, and adjust office furniture, fixtures, and related equipment according to plans and manufacturer specifications - Verify measurements, layouts, and site readiness before beginning work - Assist in staging products for installation and maintaining a clean, organized work area - Handle tools, equipment, and products carefully to prevent damage and meet company damage standards Safety & Compliance - Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols on every project - Wear required PPE and ensure proper use of tools and equipment - Report any accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately - Participate in weekly Toolbox Safety Meetings and monthly safety updates ![team member collage image](https://wegmancompany.com/hs-fs/hubfs/team%20member%20collage%20image.jpg?width=625&height=727&name=team%20member%20collage%20image.jpg) POSITION REQUIREMENTS ## FIELD TECHNICIAN - Minimum 1–2 years of installation, construction, moving, or related experience preferred - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to safely operate company trucks, vans, and other vehicles - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Capable of using hand tools, power tools, and electronic devices safely - Flexible scheduling with occasional overtime required - Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions POSITION REQUIREMENTS ## FIELD SUPERVISOR - Minimum 3 years of field or installation experience with prior leadership responsibility preferred - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficient with handheld electronics and basic software tools - General carpentry skills and ability to operate hand/power tools safely - Flexible scheduling with occasional overtime required   ###### FAQ | Field Services Is furniture installation experience required? No.  If you have experience in furniture installation or something similar, that's great.  But we have a full training program that will provide you with the expertise and skills that you need.  What kind of training is provided? Our training program includes video-based training as well as hands-on training.  We have a fully equipped training room where you'll get experience in furniture systems, casework, architectural wall and more. Is there training in the field? Yes, under the guidance of a team lead, you'll also be given training in the field so you get on-site experience in different customer environments.
